  Better than a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost!
  
  Being doing CrossFit for a few months now and the motivation of the coach led group sessions really works for me.
  
  The venue is amazing, very centrally located and the coaches are awesome. Very helpful and have kept me learning and improving each and every session I attend.
  
  Was amazed at how accessible the classes were so that it suits everyone from the very fit to those that are just getting back into some type of fitness.
  
  There is also a super atmosphere amongst the members. Not been to many places where everyone is supporting each other and it seems to get the best out of everyone.
